For over 5 years, I’ve helped hundreds worldwide achieve their fitness goals through a science-backed, sustainable approach. I believe the key to lasting fat loss is finding a way of eating and exercising that fits your lifestyle, not one that takes away all the fun.


My courses and coaching programs are designed to integrate seamlessly into your busy life, making fitness both achievable and enjoyable.


As a social media influencer and athlete, I hold a 3rd dan black belt in Shotokan Karate and have won multiple titles. I’ve also completed a 10K, half-marathon, and marathon. Featured in top fitness magazines, I balance my passion for health with being a mom, wife, and an adventurer who loves mountain biking, SCUBA diving, and skiing.
